Special type-in forms

DoroTree is the first web site to offer special type-in forms of Pages of Testimony for the Jewish Genealogist.

Now you don't have to request empty forms and have them sent to you by post, or download and print out empty forms to be filled in by hand anymore. With DoroTree's type-in adapted forms, you can type in the information on your personal computer, print out the filled in forms, sign them and send them to Yad Vashem in Jerusalem.

DoroTree's type-in Pages of Testimony forms presently exist in English and in Hebrew. To use a non-Hebrew version of a Page of Testimony form you need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ (any US/West European language version), to use the Hebrew version you need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™version 4.05 ME (Middle East). Adobe® Acrobat® Reader™ is a free software and can be downloaded by clicking at one of the above links and installing the free software, which is a process that takes a few minutes. If you already have Acrobat Reader installed (or after installing it) you can approach the Pages of Testimony as follows:

Owners of DoroTree's software can now download a free upgrade patch for version 1.5. The upgrade is an add-on that enables the user to automatically generate a printout of a Page of Testimony from within the program. Please note that users of version 2.0 and above do not need this patch as the Pages of Testimony utility is already included. If you are a registered owner of DoroTree, download the patch.
